Indulge in cosy comfort with our Microfleece Throw, available in a wide range of elegant colours to suit your style. This 140x180cm throw is perfect for snuggling up on chilly nights, and its super-soft microfleece fabric ensures warmth and relaxation. Whether you choose plum, heather, black, or any other colour from our wide variety, this throw is a must-have for any living space.

Our Stylist Says

I love this cosy throw for its soft, plush texture and versatile charcoal hue, which makes it easy to incorporate into a range of interiors. It's perfect in modern, minimalist spaces for adding warmth without visual clutter, or layered over a textured sofa in more traditional settings. For styling tips, drape it casually over the arm of your sofa or bed for an inviting look, or fold neatly at the foot of the bed for practical warmth on chilly nights. Its neutral shade makes it a timeless addition that pairs well with patterned cushions or throws, allowing you to refresh your look with minimal effort.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
