A mix of cane panelling and sand-blasted solid oak creates a curved silhouette, with seat and bolster cushions fully upholstered in washed linen for added comfort. Inspired by the natural finishes seen in and around Soho House Barcelona, the Sydney wraparound armchair is made from sand-blasted solid oak fitted with cane panelling. Its removable seat and bolster cushions are fully upholstered in washed linen in a choice of bespoke colours from our made-to-order palette.

I’m a fan of this indigo linen armchair for its clean lines and the way the cane sides and oak frame bring warmth to a room without feeling bulky. The deep-blue upholstery is hard-wearing yet soft to the touch, so it suits high-traffic living spaces or a quiet reading corner. Styling tip: pair it with a neutral wool throw and a small side table in rattan or brass to echo that natural frame. It sits equally well in Scandi-inspired schemes, mid-century modern layouts or a relaxed coastal palette - just add a couple of cushions in muted terracotta or ochre to lift the blue and tie the look together.
