This chair is the core of their ingenious seating system that serves as a base for the bouncer and additional accessories (sold separately) so that it can grow with your child from birth to 3 years and beyond. It can be used together with the Stokke® Steps Bouncer (sold separately) bringing your newborn to the table and with the Stokke® Steps Baby Set (sold separately) to create the highchair. The chair itself has been developed with active, independent toddlers in mind, giving them proper support and comfort with its adjustable features. The rounded generous seat and back give optimal ergonomic to ensure your child can sit comfortably at the dining table. Additionally, there is an easy tool-free adjustable footrest that allows your child to climb in and out independently.

For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
