I’m a fan of the little pink cloud bed for its simple shape and gentle colour - it brings a touch of fun without overwhelming a room. It works equally well in a pastel, Scandinavian-inspired nursery as in a brighter, more eclectic scheme. The low frame makes it easy for toddlers to climb in and out safely, and the side panels give a cosy sense of enclosure.
For styling, layer with a couple of soft cushions in complementary tones (grey, mint or mustard work well) and choose a lightweight throw in a textured knit. A round rug underneath emphasises its shape and adds warmth, while under-bed wicker baskets keep toys and spare bedding neat. Finish with a few framed prints or wall decals in similar hues to tie the look together.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
