I’d call this little Raithwaite bookcase a go-anywhere piece thanks to its compact 65×30×90cm footprint and warm brown-oak finish. It works equally well in Scandi-inspired living rooms or a modern farmhouse hallway, and the lower woven drawer is perfect for stashing games, remotes or magazines out of sight.
For styling, mix books both upright and stacked flat, leaving room for a small plant or sculptural vase on each shelf to create balance. Keep colour tones natural - think ceramics, woven baskets and linen-bound books - and use the top surface for a framed photo or a slim tray to catch keys and mail.
