I’m particularly drawn to the Muuto Fibre counter stool (or simply the Fibre stool) for its slim profile and the subtle warmth of its dark-stained wood legs against the black seat. It works brilliantly in Scandi, minimalist or contemporary kitchens thanks to its clean lines and neutral palette, and its compact footprint makes it ideal for narrower breakfast bars. For styling, I’d suggest pairing two or three at a kitchen island with a matt stone or marble worktop to play up the mixed-material look, and adding a simple sheepskin or slim leather pad if you want a touch of softness without sacrificing the stool’s streamlined appeal.
