Our Stylist Says
I love this dining set for its modern, versatile look that suits a range of interior styles, from minimal Scandi to more contemporary or industrial schemes. The glass top keeps the space feeling open and light, while the oak legs add warmth and texture. The four linen chairs in black bring a touch of sophistication and comfort, making it practical for everyday use or entertaining. Styling tips include layering with patterned or colourful placemats for added personality, or pairing it with statement pendant lighting overhead to create a focal point. This set works particularly well in open-plan dining areas or kitchens that benefit from understated elegance with a touch of natural materials.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
