I’m a fan of this industrial side table for its clean lines and the contrast between the warm, distressed tabletop and the slim metal frame. It sits equally well in loft-style living rooms, Scandi-inspired spaces or a pared-back home office, adding just the right amount of texture without overwhelming a scheme.
For practical styling, try pairing it with a matte-black lamp and a small cluster of books or a sculptural vase to emphasise the table’s minimalist feel. If you want a softer look, drape a light linen cloth over one corner and add a trailing plant - it’ll balance the metal’s industrial edge with a touch of greenery.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
