Description

Three different layers: top glass shelf, middle wood-effect tray and bottom metal shelf for a combination of style and helpful holding space. The middle tray has small sides to try prevent items falling out. The glass top offers a sleek look and a solid holding place for all items. The frame, made from steel, is sturdy, supporting up to 15kg in total.

I really rate this 3-tier side table for its clean metal frame and warm wood-effect shelves - it’s sturdy enough for everyday use but light enough to slot into a cosy corner. It suits industrial loft spaces just as well as Scandi-style living rooms or a pared-back home office, thanks to its neutral tones and simple lines. For styling, group a small stack of books and a tumbler vase on the top shelf, use the middle as a wooden tray for remotes or stationery, and tuck a woven basket on the bottom to hide magazines or throws. Swapping accessories seasonally keeps the look fresh.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
