I’m particularly fond of this ivory console - its clean lines and subtle curves make it a versatile piece for everything from coastal and Scandinavian schemes to modern farmhouse hallways. The two drawers keep everyday clutter out of sight, while the lower shelf is ideal for neatly tucked baskets or a couple of favourite coffee-table books.
For styling, I’d lean into textures and layers: pop a round mirror or an abstract print above, arrange a pair of slender vases with fresh foliage on one side and a small tray for keys on the other. On the shelf below, wicker or canvas storage bins will keep the look organised without feeling too formal.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
