I’m a fan of this walnut TV unit for its clean lines and warm wood grain against that slim black metal frame - an easy fit in both modern Scandi and industrial-styled living rooms. The central open shelf is ideal for streaming boxes or a small soundbar, while the side cupboards hide clutter and keep AV cables neatly out of sight. Top it with a low-profile plant on one side and a couple of framed prints or stack of coffee-table books on the other to balance height without obscuring your screen. Greenery or a ceramic vase adds texture and keeps the look fresh.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
