Designed with a minimalistic and clutter free look, the Volans is suitable for equipment that produce large amounts of heat, offering generous ventilation and heat dispersion whilst maintaining a sleek and stylish look. The Volans cabinet unit comes complete with cable management to hide unsightly wires at the rear and clear and concise manual for easy self-assembly. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
