Description

Our Biccari collection has a simple but pleasing design and is produced by our skilled craftsmen to the highest standards using responsibly sourced wood and veneers. All tops are made using a combination of hardwood and ash veneer and are carefully hand waxed giving it a great look. The body is finished with a high quality eco friendly water base paint on an grey colour. This ottoman is the perfect item to fit in small areas, but still offers plenty of storage space for all your essentials. It comes with a safety holder to avoid accidents and it is made with a solid wood frame and veneer panels, making it very strong and stable, guaranteeing it will last for a long time. The top has a 3cm thick solid wood frame, making it extremely sturdy. These attributes combined with a simple construction for easy assembly makes it a great value product to be taken home today.

Our Stylist Says

I love this footstool because of its versatile grey finish, which makes it easy to incorporate into a wide range of interiors, from modern to rustic schemes. Its simple, clean-lined design means it can be used as a comfortable ottoman, extra seating, or even a practical storage solution when paired with a cushion. For styling, I recommend placing it beside a neutral sofa or armchair for a relaxed, functional look, and adding soft textiles like throws or cushions nearby to create a cosy nook. Its neutral hue allows it to work well in both contemporary and traditional spaces, and it’s perfect for any room where practicality is just as important as style.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
