Hand tufted by craftsmen here in the UK, the delightfully plump design features low recessed rolled arms and deep squishy seats. Smart hand turned wooden legs complete the look. The Bern range includes two seater and three seater sofas, an armchair and an ottoman. Our Bern collection can be upholstered in a choice of 33 distinctive shades and five fabrics to suit your style.

I’m a fan of this linen armchair for its generous, button-tufted back and soft, natural fabric - it feels both relaxed and refined. It suits a range of schemes, from a Scandi-style lounge to a more traditional drawing room, and works equally well in a calm bedroom corner. For styling, team it with a slim oak side table and a neutral jute rug to emphasise its organic look. Drape a textured wool throw over the arm and add a single cushion in a muted geometric or stripe. Keep nearby accessories simple - a small ceramic lamp or a neat stack of coffee-table books - to let the chair remain the focal point.
