Zora Wool Mix rug is the perfect heirloom-style centrepiece. Flowering florals set in a calming blue palette, give this design a refined style despite the on-trend distressed effect. Handcrafted by skilled rug artisans, in a rich blend of wool and viscose for a luxurious under-foot sensation. We love using the Zora rug to inject soft feminine shapes into bedrooms and living rooms. Don't forget to buy our handy anti-slip mat,. Here,. Available in a range of sizes. This is a dense hand-made rug. When opening, re-roll your rug pile out and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting in place, this will help to reduce wrinkles and curling from packing. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and to reduce pressure marks from furniture. Wool fibres may shed when new and during use, this is a characteristic of this product and is not a defect and should reduce with normal use and regular vacuuming. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub as this may stain the fibres. Vacuum your rug regularly to remove everyday dirt, we recommend the use of a suction type vacuum cleaner as a rotating vacuum brush can cause damage to the pile surface. We recommend the use of an anti-slip mat beneath your rug to prevent it from slipping and sliding out of place. Latex is used on the back of this rug. Please do not leave babies or young children unsupervised on this rug.
I love this rug because of its versatile colour palette, merging blues, browns, and whites that easily complement various interior styles. It works particularly well in relaxed, eclectic, or boho spaces, adding a layer of texture without overpowering the room. Practical styling tips include layering over a plain or neutral carpet to add interest, or placing it in front of a sofa or bed to define the space. Given its neutral tones, it pairs beautifully with both soft pastels and darker hues, making it a flexible choice for different colour schemes. To keep it looking its best, avoid placing it in high-traffic areas prone to dirt, or use a non-slip underlay to prevent movement and protect the fibres.
