Our Stylist Says
I love the Villeroy & Boch 1906 Alexis Wool Geometric Rug for its versatile design and modern aesthetic. The green colour works beautifully in both contemporary and neutral interiors, adding a subtle splash of colour without overpowering the space. Its geometric pattern is ideal for creating visual interest in living rooms or bedrooms, particularly in minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired settings. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral furniture and adding textured cushions or throws for layers of comfort. For a cohesive look, complement the green with other soft hues like muted greys or warm wood tones, making it a statement piece that’s easy to incorporate into a variety of interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
