Urban chic dining small bench. Made from reclaimed wood salvaged from old buildings in southern India. Part of the Baumhaus urban chic range, colourful furniture for stylish living.

I’m really fond of this bench for its clean lines and mixed-wood top, which brings subtle warmth and texture without feeling bulky. It works well in industrial, Scandi or modern farmhouse schemes, pairing effortlessly with a metal-frame table or layered against a neutral hallway wall. For styling, add a couple of slim cushions in contrasting tones or a patterned runner to soften the look, and tuck woven baskets underneath to keep everyday clutter out of sight. Its compact size makes it ideal for smaller dining nooks or as an occasional extra seat at a larger table.

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
