The gathering doesn't need to be glamorous, but every holiday celebration needs sparkle and shine. This season, we're raising a glass to the Gilded Age - and to an American institution, The Met. Inspired by an interpretation of the era's swirling Art Nouveau patterns, this limited-edition collection represents modern elegance and timeless cheer…we'll toast to that. Sueded Rose (Floral): A sumptuous blend of briar rose dancing with rich raspberry, soft leather, and earthy patchouli. For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge; for a larger candle, this may take several hours. Wax has " memory," so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future. Trim your wick each time you light the candle, removing any " bloom" from the previous burn. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4-1/2" in length. Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface. Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool. To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use. x Anthropologie Floral Sueded Rose Ceramic Candle by The Met in Blue Size: Small
I love this candle for its understated elegance and the way it seamlessly elevates a space. Its floral sueded rose design adds a touch of sophistication without overpowering, making it ideal for both classic and modern interiors. It works particularly well on coffee tables, open shelves, or bedside tables where it can serve as a subtle focal point. For styling tips, consider pairing it with soft textiles like linen or velvet, or placing it alongside fresh or dried flowers to enhance its floral motif. Its delicate colour palette makes it versatile enough to suit a neutral-toned room or to add a gentle pop of colour in more vibrant schemes.
