Description

These British grown West Country Lupins are just spectacular once they bloom. They will arrive to you green (as per the photo) with at least one long green bud per plant. Now it’s your turn, you will be amazed to see them grow and bloom! These Lupins can either be kept in the tubs they arrive in and pop them out on to the patio and enjoy the view. Alternatively, they can be planted in a sunny spot. Lupins love sunshine, so choose a sunny spot in your garden when planting. These plants are hardy herbaceous perennials so will last all year round and can flower the following year in early Summer. Once unpacked, pop the plants outdoors and ensure they are watered. Choose a place to enjoy them on your patio or plant them in a sunny spot. Estimated Total Height on arrival: 50-60cm Pot Diameter: 25cm Pot Height: 17cm How to care for your plant: Lupins are hardy herbaceous perennials and will survive all year round in the garden. Ideally they should be planted in well-draining soil. Lupins don’t need feeding once planted as they have their own system in their roots for capturing the Nitrogen they need to grow. How to add a personal message to your plant Place your order Immediately email your gift message to johnlewis@thelittlebotanical.com including your order number in the email subject Caring for your plant Always follow the attached care instructions. Whilst this will give your plants the best chance of thriving, environmental factors will also play a big impact on your plant's life span such as exposure to sun and humidity. Our Stylist Says

I really like this little lupin bundle for its vibrant greenery and natural look-it’s a versatile piece that can brighten up a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in cottagecore, rustic, or modern minimalist settings where greenery adds freshness without the maintenance. When styling, consider placing it on open shelving, side tables, or windowsills to bring a touch of the outdoors inside. For added visual interest, pair it with neutral ceramics or wooden accents, and don’t be afraid to cluster a few together to create a fuller, more natural arrangement. Its durability makes it ideal for high-traffic areas or spots with less natural light, ensuring your styling choices stay vibrant and fuss-free.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
