Description

Sparkling ceiling lights for your home décor with the Terri 1 Light Large Glass Crystal Ball Pendant. This ceiling light comes in a bronze finish and is decorated with crystal effect prisms which cast gorgeous rainbows across the room as they refract the light, ideal for adding sparkle to Victorian or Edwardian style homes. It also looks ideal when styled over any dining table or kitchen island for a statement look that is guaranteed to wow your guests.

Our Stylist Says

I love this pendant’s combination of clear glass and bronze, which makes it a versatile piece for a range of interiors. It works particularly well in industrial or contemporary settings, adding a touch of elegance without feeling overly formal. For styling tips, consider hanging it over a kitchen island or dining table for practical lighting with a touch of glamour. Pairing it with other bronze or metal accents can create a cohesive look, while adding a soft filament bulb will enhance its vintage charm. Keep in mind that its size makes it a statement piece, so it’s best suited for spaces with enough ceiling height or a central focal point to truly shine.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
