I’m a fan of this oak-and-cream bench for its clean lines and versatile scale, especially in smaller kitchens or breakfast nooks. The painted legs and natural oak top strike a balance between modern farmhouse and Scandi, so it’ll slot into both neutral, pared-back schemes and more textured, eclectic spaces.
For styling, pop on a couple of slim, patterned cushions in muted greens or rust tones to tie in with your tableware, and layer with a woven throw when it’s not in use. It also works well against a painted wall in sage or slate for a subtle contrast without overpowering the room.
