Description
Created by German designer Frederik Kurzweg, the Superpose pendant displays a poetic design and light silhouette. The sculptural lampshade consists of three curved, perforated steel petals that overlap and intertwine. The airy volumes intertwine, creating a sublime cascade of transparency. The shape of the pendant evolves and changes depending on the viewer's point of view. This changing effect is accentuated by the perforated patterns which give the surfaces a more or less transparent moiré appearance. The light filters through the multiple perforations, producing a beautiful show of light, a play of light and shadow. The Superpose pendant shines soft light outwards and direct light downwards, while its perforated pattern casts vivid shadows on the walls and ceiling. This remarkable piece will dress beautiful high ceilings with panache!.
