Description
Spotty is a family of graphic, contemporary coffee tables. The thick screen-printed MDF top is decorated with an exclusive polka dot design, hand-drawn by the famous French designer Pierre Charpin. This constellation of points, which is repeated continuously over the entire surface, creates shadow effects and an impression of three-dimensionality. This vibrant surface releases a feeling of tranquillity and well-being. Like stripes, polka dots are part of these timeless prints, able to come down through the years without ageing. Very chic, the black and white pairing fits brilliantly into any setting. Spotty coffee tables stand out with their essential lines and balanced proportions which, like a sober frame, enhance the incredible decor of the top. The four cylindrical solid legs in lacquered beech add perfect stability to the table. Spotty tables are available in different sizes and heights. The tables can be used separately or combined: the different heights let you overlap the tops. Pierre Charpin explains: "I tried to breathe life into this surface, so that it becomes a sensitive presence, which keeps within it all the vibration, the humanity of the drawing made by hand. ".
