Description
Sol plays with light and shadow, transparency and reflections, forming ever new silhouettes… Created by Spanish design duo Ortega-Guijarro, this sculptural side table offers a multi-faceted design. Made up of three glass panels of different sizes, the structure appears simple at first glance, but reveals its complexity on closer inspection. Depending on your perspective, the incidence of light and shadow, the colourful and transparent elements of the table blend into ever-changing silhouettes and visually deceive their observers. Depending on the angle of view, Sol transforms and evolves. An elegant sculpture or a functional side table? Sol is neither one nor the other, but both at the same time.
