I’m a fan of this large grey sideboard for its clean lines and versatile muted finish - the oak-effect top brings a touch of warmth without overpowering the room. It suits Scandi and modern-farmhouse schemes equally well and slots neatly into both open-plan living spaces and more traditional dining rooms.
For styling, treat the surface as a simple display zone: group a trio of objects (a low planter, a framed print and a small lamp) to create balance, then hang a slim mirror above to reflect light. Inside, use woven baskets or magazine files to keep paperwork out of sight but within easy reach.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
