I’m a big fan of this tall white shoe unit because its slim profile and five front-opening compartments make it ideal for a narrow hallway or a compact dressing area. The clean lines and matte finish blend effortlessly into contemporary, Scandinavian-inspired and minimalist interiors, yet it will work equally well in a lightly industrial or shabby-chic scheme when paired with softer textiles and natural-wood accents.
For a polished look, keep each compartment dedicated to one shoe style (trainers, boots, heels, etc.) and use simple labels inside if you like. On top, layer a neutral runner, a low basket for umbrellas and a couple of ceramic or metal bowls for keys and loose change. If space allows, flank it with a slim mirror or a wall hook for bags to maximise functionality without cluttering the floor.
