Designed by the German architect Egon Eiermann as an orchestra chair in 1951, the SE68 Dining Chair is expertly crafted by PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED. Stripping design back to its bare elements, the chair features a minimalist laminated wood veneer seat resting on four black metal legs. Showcasing elegant curves and an organically-shaped seat, the SE68 Chair is a timeless design classic that is bound to suit any dining space. One of Germany’s most renowned architects and designers, Egon Eiermann had a simple, minimalistic approach to design. Inspired by architects such as Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier and Walter Gropius, his unique designs are as functional as they are beautiful.
