Description

Add a luxurious layer to your home with the Ruched Faux Fur Throw in Grey, designed to bring warmth and elegance to any space. Its soft faux fur and ruched detailing create a tactile finish, while the cool grey tone blends effortlessly with modern or neutral interiors. Generously sized, this 127x152cm throw is perfect for draping over beds or sofas for a cosy, stylish look.

Our Stylist Says

I love this cosy throw for adding texture and warmth to a variety of interiors. Its plush faux fur finish is both stylish and practical, making it ideal for contemporary, Scandinavian, or even glam-inspired spaces. Drape it over the end of a bed, a sofa, or a armchair to introduce soft comfort and visual interest. For a layered look, pair it with smooth linen or cotton bedding, using the grey colour to complement neutral palettes or add subtle contrast against darker hues. Practical styling tips include folding it neatly at the foot of the bed or casually tossing it over furniture for a relaxed vibe-either way, it’s a simple way to make your space feel more inviting and luxe.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
