Description
An oak burl base holds comfortable, oversized foam and feather-filled cushions wrapped in velvet upholstery for a relaxed silhouette. Inspired by the social spaces of Soho House Portland, the Tellis armchair has a relaxed silhouette thanks to its oversized foam and feather-filled cushions. Fully upholstered in velvet that comes in our range of bespoke colourways, it can be styled as a standalone armchair, or pieced together with the corner module to create a larger seating area.

I’m a fan of this rust velvet chair for its deep, warm tone and low-slung profile - it brings instant character without overwhelming a room. The plush velvet feels inviting underfoot and the simple wooden base keeps the look grounded, making it equally at home in a Scandi-inspired lounge or a more eclectic, bohemian corner.
For styling, place it alongside a brass or black-metal side table to pick up its warm hue, then layer in a neutral wool throw or sheepskin for contrast and extra comfort.
