I’m a fan of this rattan-seat stool for its solid beechwood frame and warm ash veneer - it brings a relaxed, natural feel without looking fussy. At 75 cm it’s ideal for kitchen islands or breakfast bars in Scandi-inspired, coastal or modern-rustic schemes, where its simple lines and understated finish sit comfortably alongside pale cabinetry or exposed brick.
For practical styling, tuck it under a bare wood island to keep walkways clear, or line up two or three with low-profile stools in contrasting tones for a layered look. A slim, neutral linen cushion adds extra comfort without hiding the rattan, and a few woven baskets or potted plants nearby will reinforce the textural appeal.
