Our Stylist Says
I love this touch lamp for its sophisticated blend of textures and colours. The brushed chrome finish gives it a modern, elegant feel, while the navy velvet shade adds warmth and richness, making it ideal for both contemporary and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well in living rooms, bedrooms, or spaces where you want to add a touch of luxe without overpowering the décor. For styling tips, consider pairing it with complementing navy or metallic accessories, or place it on a wooden or marble surface to enhance its sleek vibe. Its tactile velvet shade also invites you to update the look seasonally by swapping out the base or adding a decorative tray underneath, making it a versatile piece for creating a cosy yet chic ambience.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
