Our Stylist Says
These lamps are a great way to introduce a pop of colour and a contemporary edge to your interiors. I love how the navy cut-out shades add visual interest without overwhelming a space, making them versatile for both modern and traditional schemes. They're particularly effective in a living room or bedside tables where you want a statement piece that also provides warm, ambient lighting. Practical styling tips include pairing them with neutral or metallic accessories to highlight their satin brass finish, and placing them where you can fully appreciate the pattern and colour detail - think an open shelving unit or a console table. Their smart, clean silhouette also makes them suitable for tabletops or dedicated reading corners, adding sophistication without fuss.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
