The PILA portable table lamp is a sculptural lamp designed by Ida Tvede, inviting a quiet celebration of simplicity and form. Inspired by the concept of a floating sphere, PILA achieves a refined balance between artistic expression and everyday functionality. It's minimalist silhouette evokes a sense of lightness and calm, while the clean lines and harmonious proportions make it a timeless addition to any interior. Whether used as a standalone statement or integrated into a curated lighting arrangement, PILA brings both elegance and atmosphere to the space it inhabits. The light source is included and not permanently installed. It emits warm white light with low brightness. The light has a sensor on the lamp that allows it to be switched on and off and dimmed in 3 steps.
