Our Stylist Says
I love this ceiling light for its clean, contemporary look that effortlessly complements both modern and traditional interiors. The nickel finish adds a sleek, reflective quality that can really brighten up a space and works well with cool-toned colour schemes or contrasting darker elements. It’s a practical choice for living rooms, hallways, or even kitchens where you want overhead lighting that’s unobtrusive yet stylish. My tip would be to pair it with minimalist decor or layered lighting - like wall sconces or table lamps - to create a well-balanced, inviting atmosphere. It’s versatile enough to work in various colour palettes and can also be a subtle statement piece in a more understated scheme.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
