Meet your Mediterranean muse, A Dopo! Translated as see ya later! , A Dopo is designed to bring the zest and thrill of a summer abroad to the comfort of indoor spaces. Featuring the vibrant hues and inviting patterns of Morocco, each ceramic vessel is meticulously hand-painted with individual brushstrokes for an artisan feel. When the wax runs out, simply repurpose the vessel as a one-of-a-kind planter or vase to add some colour and whimsy to your next outdoor dinner party! Incense & Smoke: A blend of cinnamon, spiced orchid and myrrh with notes of grapefruit and cedarwood. For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge; for a larger candle, this may take several hours. Wax has " memory," so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future. Trim your wick each time you light the candle, removing any " bloom" from the previous burn. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4-1/2" in length. Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface. Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool. To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use. Incense & Smoke Hand-Painted Ceramic Candle by Paddywax in Blue at Anthropologie
I love this Paddywax candle for its vibrant, hand-painted ceramic design, which adds a touch of artisanal charm to any space. It works particularly well in eclectic or boho interiors, where its playful motifs can enhance colour schemes and textures. For styling, centre it on a coffee table or shelf alongside natural materials like wood or woven textures to create a warm, inviting feel. Additionally, it can serve as an eye-catching accent in minimalist settings, providing a pop of colour and interest without overwhelming the space. Practical tip: position it at eye level or slightly below for maximum visual impact, and consider pairing with other ceramics or artefacts for an intentionally curated look.
