Description

Handcrafted by talented artisans, our Ophelia sideboard is made of mango wood with a whitewashed finish and brass sheet wrap. Featuring four doors with a textured diamond design and sleek cross-style legs, this oversized sideboard is an opulent storage solution. H85 x W152 x D38cm. Made of mango wood and brass. Features four doors. Brass naturally changes colour when exposed to air and oils in skin. To restore sheen, polish with a brass cleaner or homemade paste, then buff. Due to the handmade nature of this product, size and colour may vary.

Our Stylist Says

I love this sideboard because of its bold geometric design which instantly elevates any room. It works particularly well in contemporary spaces, adding a touch of glamour and a statement feature piece. Practical styling tips include pairing it with minimal décor to keep the focus on its intricate pattern, or adding a few curated accessories like vases or bowls to create visual interest. It's versatile enough to work in dining rooms, living areas, or even a hall, and pairs beautifully with both neutral tones for a sophisticated look or bold colours for a more eclectic vibe. Just ensure it’s placed in a space where its design can be appreciated without overwhelming the surrounding décor.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
