What you need to know Medium comfort level. Seat suspension: no-sag spring. Seat cushioning: foam and inner coil. Seat cushion is fixed. Back suspension: rubber webbing. Back cushioning: foam and loose fibre. Back cushion is fixed. Feet are removable. The non-recliner version of this chair has fixed headrests and no USB charging. Please allow time for the recliner mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Some fabrics can show wear on areas of more use or in direct sunlight. Clean regularly using a soft brush or vacuum with the curtain attachment. Deal with any spills promptly. Professional cleaning advised for oil- and grease-based stains. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly.
