Diffuse a gorgeous illumination into your home with the Mira Wall Light with Natural Shade. This light features a natural tone shade, which looks ideal in home décor with neutral colour scheme. It also has a minimalist design and a chrome finish, offering a modern appearance to your home and looking especially stylish on either side of a hallway.

Our Stylist Says

This wall light is a versatile piece that combines modern minimalism with a touch of elegance, making it a great choice for both contemporary and transitional interiors. I love how the chrome finish adds a sleek, reflective quality that effortlessly enhances various colour schemes, while the natural shade introduces warmth and texture. It works well in bedrooms, hallways, or living rooms where soft, ambient lighting is desired. For practical styling, consider pairing it with other chrome accents or neutral tones to maintain a cohesive look, and position it at eye level or slightly above for optimal illumination and aesthetic impact. Its understated design makes it adaptable, so it can easily blend into different interior styles without overpowering the overall decor.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
