Description

* Modular piece * Textured fabric * Metal legs The Mae Small Dining Bench in woven fabric introduces a relaxed, natural texture to your dining room. The soft, tactile fabric adds warmth and character, creating a welcoming atmosphere for family meals or casual gatherings. Its compact design makes it perfect for smaller spaces, while the woven finish brings a timeless, earthy charm that pairs well with various décor styles. This bench is part of a modular dining bench range. Available in multiple configurations and lengths, you can mix and match them to fit in to any space.

Our Stylist Says

I love how the Mae bench’s textured weave and slender legs add warmth without overwhelming a space. It works perfectly in Scandi, coastal or modern-farmhouse schemes, slipping easily under an oak or walnut table. For styling, layer on a couple of linen or muted-tone cushions for comfort, then swap in a chunky wool throw for winter and a light cotton cover in summer. To keep things relaxed, mix it with a couple of mismatched chairs on the opposite side, or repurpose it in a hallway beneath a slim console and a simple mirror.

A Legacy of Home Comfort Dunelm's Journey

Dunelm isn't just another store; it's a British legacy. Kicked off in 1979 by the dynamic duo, Bill and Jeany Adderley, what began as a simple market stall in Leicester transformed into one of the UK's most prominent home furnishings retailers.

Fast forward a bit, and their first brick-and-mortar store sprang to life in Leicester in 1984. Dunelm didn't stop there, making waves throughout the decades, innovating and expanding, launching an online shopping experience, and securing its place on the London Stock Exchange.

More than Just Products...A Personal Touch

With a whopping 177 stores across the UK, Dunelm isn't just about selling items; it's about crafting experiences. Many of their stores come with cosy Pausa cafes, offering a space to relax and refuel.

And if you've ever felt like joining a community, they've got dedicated Facebook groups for each store locality. It's not just about buying a product; it's about being part of the Dunelm family. Their online platform seamlessly complements their in-store experience, promising product availability and varied delivery options.

Sustainability and Future Thinking

But Dunelm is more than its rich history and expansive product range. At its core, the company is committed to creating that heartfelt sensation of truly being at home. They've placed a solid emphasis on making responsible, long-term decisions that prioritise our environment and cherish future relationships.

85% of their growth over the past five years is credited to market share gains, underscoring their commitment to sustainability and quality.

With over 50,000 products, many of which carry the Dunelm brand or are exclusive, they promise style, quality, and an increasing emphasis on eco-friendly credentials.
