Lumière, the iconic, timeless lamp by Rodolfo Dordoni, is getting a new version without losing its identity to mark its 30th anniversary. The surface of the blown glass lampshade becomes three-dimensional. The shade is adorned with beautiful embossed "Pastilles" or "Bubbles" designs. Elegant and refined, this decoration brings character to the lamp. This special 30th anniversary edition is limited, numbered and signed: a perfect gift for design lovers. A metal plate is attached to the cable with the signature of designer Rodolfo Dordoni and the serial number. Released in 1990, the Lumière lamp is a contemporary interpretation of the classic lampshade. Having become a design icon, this lamp stands out for its refined shade in hand-blown glass, a material capable like no other of transmitting emotions linked to timeless beauty. Lumière harmoniously combines tradition and innovation, emotion and technique. The Lumière lamp emits a direct, diffused light, warm and intense. The glossy finished lampshade is hand-blown in several layers inside a special diamond-shaped mould that forms the triptych facets of the "Pastilles" pattern. In the "Bubbles" version, the use of a spiked mould results in a myriad of small air bubbles trapped in the glass layers. The die-cast aluminium tripod base has a handcrafted gloss finish.
