Description

Bring bold industrial style into your home with this spectacular 7 light cluster pendant fitting! The robust design is perfect for making a statement in any décor, with an antique copper finish offering a trendy urban vibe. A central copper ceiling plate is surrounded with additional rings for the braided cables to hang from, giving a wider spread to the light with each of the mechanical style bulb holders hanging at staggered heights. Ideal for use with vintage bulbs, this industrial piece is the perfect focal point for a quirky urban décor!.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Laura pendant’s vintage copper finish, which adds a warm, industrial touch to a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in rustic, loft-style, or transitional spaces where an anchor piece is needed. To style it effectively, consider hanging it over a dining table or in a hallway with high ceilings to showcase its statement appeal. Mixing the copper with natural materials like wood or exposed brick can enhance its charm, while keeping the surrounding décor minimal allows the light fixture to be a focal point. For an eclectic touch, team it with Edison-style bulbs to emphasise its vintage vibe and create a cosy, inviting atmosphere.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
