Adding a touch of drama to any decor The Laura Ashley Henshaw bookcase makes an imposing interior statement. It's crafted from solid wood (with some modern materials) and is hand-painted and finished with a clear lacquer. The look is completed by antiqued effect fittings. The Henshaw bookcase has six adjustable shelves and two fixed, along with two good-sized drawers. And thanks to subtle distressing on its edges, it displays a gently aged effect, completing its appeal - the perfect piece for that empty alcove. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
