Our Stylist Says
I’m a big fan of the Kendall bed for its deep-buttoned, wing-back headboard and plush velvet finish - it instantly lifts a room without feeling fussy. Its clean lines suit both contemporary and transitional schemes, whether you lean towards neutral Scandi tones or richer, jewel-coloured accents. To style, anchor it with a low-profile rug peeking out at the foot, then layer textured throws and cushions in contrasting fabrics (think linen and boucle). Keep bedside tables simple - a slim brass lamp or a ceramic jug works well - and add a tall plant or sculptural mirror alongside to balance the height of the headboard.
