The Kari bedspread is crafted from sustainable Kala cotton, oneof the few genetically pure cotton types that remains in India. Kala cotton comes from a rain-fed crop and is extremely resilientto harsh environmental conditions, meaning that it requires verylittle investment. Skilled artisans basted together four layers ofmuslin gauze using a Kantha stitching technique to create a subtlegrid over the entire fabric. This helps to create an extremely softand fluffy layer, making it the most versatile and natural texturefor comfort. 100% cotton bedspread. Sustainable Kala cotton. Cotton from a rain-fed crop.
