I’m a fan of this red cotton bedspread for its crisp, organic-cotton feel and easy-care weave - it layers neatly over both 70 cm and 90 cm beds without looking bulky. The bold stripes inject just enough colour and graphic interest to lift a neutral scheme, making it a good match for Scandi-inspired or contemporary rooms.
For styling, fold it back halfway over crisp white sheets and add a pair of textured cushions in muted tones (think stone grey or soft ochre) to balance the red. In a guest or child’s room, drape it casually at the foot of the bed and pair with a simple bedside lamp for an inviting, lived-in look.
