Description

This petite lamp base is both inspired by, and made using, a glass decanter. The decanter is clad with buffalo leather that is then hand finished to achieve its deep blue colour. The ribbed shape of the lamp picks up on the tonal variation that will vary from piece to piece due to the way the dye is absorbed by the natural material.

Our Stylist Says

I love this lamp for its striking colour and tactile leather detail, which adds both texture and depth to a space. It works beautifully in eclectic, contemporary, or even traditional interiors that embrace colour and personality. Its deep indigo hue makes it an excellent choice for rooms with neutral palettes, acting as a colour pop without overwhelming. For styling tips, try pairing it with brass or matte black accents for a polished look, and place it on a side table or console to create a cosy, inviting atmosphere. It’s also versatile enough to work as a bedside lamp or on a statement dresser-just be mindful of balancing its bold colour with softer textiles or artwork to keep the overall scheme cohesive.
