Exclusive to The Conran Shop, Pholc's dimmable Kandinsky Pendant Light 45cm in smoked grey was designed by Swedish duo Broberg & Ridderstråle as a minimalist lighting statement for the contemporary home. Inspired by the abstract circle paintings by Bauhaus icon Wassily Kandinsky, each glass and brass custom-crafted light connects a sphere and spear mid-air to create a striking lighting statement, be that on its own over a dining table or as a group in a large open space. Based in Stockholm, Broberg & Ridderstråle is an architecture and design practice composed of Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle. Drawing inspiration from everyday life and lending an emotional value to each design, Broberg & Ridderstråle's creations make unique additions to any contemporary space.
