Description

A dramatic angle to the line of the P-shaped arms gives our Kalmar armchair its contemporary silhouette. Feather filled back and base cushions offer comforting support which, combined with the relaxed tilt to the seat, encourage a laid back perch. A matching Kalmar sofa is available in two and three seat sizes. Our Kalmar collection can be upholstered in a choice of 34 distinctive shades and six fabrics to suit your style. Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the Kalmar armchair for its classic rolled arms and turned wooden legs, all wrapped in a soft grey cotton-velvet that feels both inviting and durable. Its neutral tone makes it a versatile choice for Scandi-inspired living rooms or more traditional schemes, where it can tie in easily with oak furniture and natural fibres. For styling, add a contrasting cushion in a tactile weave or a subtle pattern, plus a lightweight wool throw over one arm to introduce texture. Position it beside a slim lamp table or by a window to create a cosy reading nook without overwhelming the space.
