Named after one of Ardmore's finest designers, Jabu Nene, this design takes its inspiration from the wonderfully sculptural rhino hand coiled vessels, created by sculptor Somandla Ntshanlintshali. These pots are then intricately painted in eye dazzling colours and patterns by Jabu Nene herself and now form a part of Ardmore's most well loved signature styles. The Cole & Son artists have used the markings on these pots to create a wonderfully rich and vibrant vertical stripe, out of which peek a pair of regal white rhinos complete with adorned horns and feathered ruffs. This wallpaper contains a true African spirit with its patterning reminiscent of Zulu basket weaving and is presented in five striking colourings. Displayed here in shades of soot grey on a taupe grey background. Use on all four walls or hang on one feature wall for an alternative twist, perfect for the living room and bedroom areas. The Jabu wallpaper is part of the Cole & Son Ardmore wallpapers collection. Application
The Jabu wallpaper in ginger orange adds a great deal of warmth and vibrancy to any space. I love how its bold pattern can act as a focal point in a room, especially when paired with complementary textures and more muted furnishings. It works particularly well in eclectic or bohemian interiors, where it can inject colour and interest without overwhelming the space. For practical styling, consider pairing it with neutral or earthy toned furniture to let the wallpaper shine, and keep accessories minimal to avoid visual clutter. This wallpaper is also fantastic for feature walls in living rooms or bedrooms, giving an instant lift and character to the room.
