Our Icon collection features beads with unmatched exclusivity, meticulously crafted to create designs that are truly one-of-a-kind. **Black Cherry & Tonka (Fruity):** Rich, bold notes of black cherry an cherry liquor melt into a sensual floral heart of rose, plum, and clove, settled in a warm, woody base of sandalwood, guaiacwood, and Tonka bean. *For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind:* * The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge; for a larger candle, this may take several hours. Wax has "memory," so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future. * Trim your wick each time you light the candle, removing any "bloom" from the previous burn. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4-1/2" in length. * Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface. * Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool. * To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use. * 40-hour burn time * Hand-poured coconut wax blend; cotton candle wick * Glass vessel with hand-pressed beaded glass icons * Due to the handcrafted nature of this item, expect slight variation in the appearance of each unique piece * Imported
I’m a fan of the cherry & tonka candle because its textured white glass and tiny cherry motifs bring a subtle, playful touch without feeling fussy. It sits well in both Scandi and modern eclectic schemes - pair it with oak or walnut sideboards to pick up on warm tones, or let it brighten a muted pastel display on a dressing table. For practical styling, group it with candles of varying heights on a marble or mirrored tray to add depth, and always trim the wick before lighting to ensure an even burn and minimal soot.
